About Us

North Gold Coast running club is not all about running, there have been a lot of friendships made, and a great social get together each Saturday morning.

Everyone has a different goal – run to keep fit – train for a special event, so we have all types of runners- 5k at 6min pace or 25-30k at 4.5 to 5min pace, but all in all a lot of fun as well.

Hi everyone
I hope everyone has had an awesome weekend?
Well straight back into this week of training.
This weeks program.
Monday = 1k tempo - do a 1k warm up jog and do the 2nd at a much faster pace and 3rd at normal pace 4th at fast pace
And the 5th at normal pace, do the last k at a slow warm down jog and Make sure you stretch.
Tuesday = rest day.
Wednesday = 8k slow run.
Thursday = 10k at normal pace.
Friday = rest day.
Saturday = 5k slow medium pace.
Sunday = half marathon 12k and full marathon 14k.
I have a five day program only for reference and you will need to do at least Three runs a week, I suggest Monday Thursday and Sunday as per program but on any day that suits you.

Running this Monday morning from shopping centre Cnr Monterey keys and Helensvale road, Helensvale at 5am.
Not running Tuesday and Wednesday as no one turns up for these days.
Saturday morning we are running from Caffene break at 5am and will post address etc this Thursday.
